Laura Ducote, FNP-C, FCP is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner with advanced training in Restorative Reproductive Medicine, including NaProTechnology and FEMM.

A wife and mother of four kids on earth, she’s known for turning complex cycle charts and lab results into clear, actionable next steps. Laura practices cycle-literate, values-honoring care—listening closely, explaining the “why,” and guiding women with calm, compassionate expertise.

At Guiding Star, she leads medical intake, orders and interprets labs, and creates clinician-directed plans tailored to your story—professional, thorough, and refreshingly down-to-earth.

Leah A. Jacobson, MA, IBCLC

Leah A. Jacobson, MA, IBCLC is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with more than 20 years of experience serving women, children, and families. She provides personalized breastfeeding support through in-person consultations at the Guiding Star Crosby Center in Crosby, Minnesota, as well as virtual visits for families seeking expert lactation care from anywhere. Leah specializes in helping mothers overcome breastfeeding challenges, improve latch and milk transfer, and confidently reach their feeding goals. As a mother of eight, she combines professional expertise with personal experience to provide compassionate, individualized care.

Leah is also the Founder and CEO of Guiding Star Project, a national nonprofit advancing Wholistic Women’s Healthcare© for women and families. She has also been featured by EWTN, Catholic News Agency, CatholicMom.com, and other national media for her work supporting women and strengthening families.

Angela Reimer • RN, FEMM

Angela Reimer, RN is a registered nurse and certified FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) instructor passionate about helping women understand their cycles, hormones, and reproductive health. She provides personalized fertility education through both in-person instruction at the Guiding Star Crosby Center in Crosby, Minnesota, and virtual appointments, equipping women with the knowledge and confidence to better understand their bodies.

Angela believes every woman deserves support through every stage of life. Whether preparing for pregnancy, navigating postpartum, experiencing cycle concerns, or simply wanting to better understand her fertility, she is committed to meeting each woman where she is and helping her make informed decisions about her health. As a wife and homeschooling mother of six, Angela leads from both professional knowledge and personal experience, bringing empathy, encouragement, and practical insight to every appointment.
