Guiding Star Telemedicine – Serving Women Across Minnesota

Guiding Star’s virtual clinic extends our mission to support women in every season of life by offering dignified, whole-woman healthcare to those who may not have access to a physical center. Through our telemedicine services, Minnesota residents can receive compassionate medical care and functional nutrition support rooted in the belief that a woman’s body is beautifully and purposefully designed.

Your first step is a telemedicine appointment with Laura Ducote, FNP-C, an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in restorative reproductive medical care. Laura is deeply versed in cycle tracking, hormonal bio-markers, fertility awareness–based methods, and the nuanced patterns that reveal a woman’s underlying health. She provides a comprehensive and compassionate evaluation to help you understand your symptoms, identify root causes, and determine the most appropriate medical pathway.
